Paul Giedraitis is Founder and CEO of Orgaimi, a legal technology startup and AI-powered client intelligence platform for law firms.

In recent years, Paul has served as Principal and Head of Product Initiatives in the Professional Services Practice at Lotis Blue Consulting. There he has led the group’s data analytics technology capability where he has built legal metrics programs and AI applications in the areas of client growth, pricing, people analytics, and firm intelligence. His work in AI and machine learning for some of the world’s top law and accounting firms led to the productization and subsequent launch of the Orgaimi platform.

He is an artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions expert, as well as tech entrepreneur who has co-founded several successful startup ventures, including Legal & Compliance startup Neurensic, and FinTech startup PeopleHedge (now Acceleron Bank). Paul’s career experience spans numerous industries including legal technology, capital markets, algorithmic trading, regulatory compliance, government contracting, and FinTech. Before entering the tech startup world, Paul spent nearly a decade as an electronic systems engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation where he designed next-generation imaging and radar countermeasures systems used in classified military platforms.

Paul holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He has also spent many years as a graduate researcher at the Center for Quantum Devices within Northwestern University’s Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. In addition, Paul has collaborated on academic research in applied workplace analytics with faculty members at Chicago’s DePaul University in both the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship at the Driehaus College of Business as well as the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Department. Paul has served as a board member and advisor to several startup companies and has appeared as a guest speaker at numerous industry events on the topics of artificial intelligence in the legal and financial industries.
