Maggie Miller is a Principal in the Professional Services Practice of Lotis Blue Consulting, where she has advised Top 50 AM Law Firms on transformational growth initiatives.

Maggie is an experienced engagement lead with extensive focus in the Legal, Accounting, and Specialty Consulting industries. Maggie’s experience includes Firm Strategy, Client Growth & Delivery Intelligence, Talent Model Design, Partner Performance & Compensation, and Data & Decision Analytics.

In addition to her role at Lotis Blue, Maggie is Chief Client Officer for Orgaimi, our innovative AI platform that uses machine learning and data science to help organizations predict client growth and decline. In the role of CCO, Maggie and her team are responsible for successfully onboarding clients and ensuring all clients fully capture the power of Orgaimi across their firm through delivering superior customer service.

Maggie also represents Lotis Blue Consulting as a member of Chicago Social Venture Partners. SVP Chicago strives to identify and support social entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders in Chicago’s West and South Side neighborhoods who are tackling poverty issues. SVP Chicago invests through financial capital and operational capacity-building support to strengthen impact in the community.

Prior to joining Lotis Blue, Maggie was a management consultant within the Commercial Innovation Practice at Palladium, an international development and management consulting firm. Her role included supporting commercial organizations to design best-in-class strategic plans to achieve profitable and sustainable business results. In addition, Maggie helped commercial, governmental, and not-for-profit clients to develop new business models and product lines focused on driving positive economic and social impact in developing markets, which included work across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, professional services, healthcare, and food and agriculture. Maggie has also worked for Deloitte in Copenhagen, Denmark, and for a microfinance institution in Can Tho, Vietnam.

Maggie graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, U.S.A. and holds a Bachelor of Science with attainments in Commerce and Business Administration and a minor in Poverty and Human Capability Studies.
