Harmony is… Merriam-Webster defines harmony as (a) the combination of simultaneous musical notes in a chord; (b) the pleasing arrangement of parts; (c) an interweaving of different accounts into a single narrative; and (d) tuneful sound. Harmony can be found in all facets of life, not just music. The secret to harmony is being able to take many different things (or sounds), and arrange them in a way, so it performs at the highest and best level. This metaphor can be applied to things outside of music, such as projects, teams, new initiatives, business strategies, life, and family. There is not one way to achieve harmony; each situation is different and presents its own set of challenges. Being flexible and learning how to solve complex problems will likely lead to harmony in the end.
