Emily Hillman has spent 15 years working in marketing and business development, nine of which have been within the legal industry. Her diverse legal-specific experience includes legal public relations, several years spent in-house as a business development manager, and her current role as an MBD and coaching consultant for Society 54.

At Society 54, Emily consults with law firm marketing and business development teams of varying sizes, offering her experience and expertise to provide support and efficiencies to the teams with which she works. In addition to supporting in-house marketing and business development teams, Emily serves as a business development coach for attorneys and regularly presents to attorneys on a myriad of business development topics.

Emily has spent all of her legal marketing career involved in LMA and is grateful for the friendships, knowledge and opportunities it has afforded. Throughout her time with LMA, she has served as local chair in Orlando, as an LMASE board member and has been on the LMASE conference committee for the past two years. Emily currently serves as co-chair for the LMA International Talent Development Committee.

When she is not driving results for her clients and giving back to LMA, Emily can be found enjoying the warm Florida weather in the pool or at the beach and spending time with her family: her husband, Sam, two boys, Henry and Scotty, and her rescue dog, Cole.
